Terra Canis Puppy complete foods contain a higher percentage of eggshell powder to ensure puppies receive sufficient natural calcium during their growth phase. Formulations featuring fresh ingredients, pollen, and algae provide the body with daily requirements for vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, essential amino acids, and natural unsaturated fatty acids. Terra Canis has set the grain content between 0 and 6%.

Terra Canis wet complete foods are prepared in a traditional butcher's shop in Munich. All ingredients are 100% human grade. These complete foods contain fresh meat (muscle) as well as heart and liver (in small quantities). Terra Canis Light complete foods also contain over 20 different vegetables, fruits, and herbs.

Nutrition during pregnancy or breastfeeding
A dog's pregnancy lasts approximately 65 days. During the first half of this period, a high-quality diet is essential. Terra Canis recommends Classi and Grain Free complete foods during the first half of pregnancy. From the second half of pregnancy, a dog's energy needs increase. Therefore, Terra Canis recommends Puppy foods until the puppies are weaned.
