Refund policy

Our return policy allows you 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@petsi.eu. Returns must be sent to the following address:
Via Bianca Ceva 46, 20152 Milan (Bisceglie Metro).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days using your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
