Veterinary Diet Urinary U/C Low Purine
Use initially for up to 6 months to reduce the formation of urate stones, up to 1 year to reduce the formation of cystine stones, and for life in case of irreversible disorders of uric acid metabolism.
It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before use or before extending the period of use.
Directions
- Management of recurrent metabolic stones (urates, xanthine or cystine).
- Maintenance diet (particularly indicated in breeds at high risk of metabolic stones - such as the Dalmatian).
- Nutritional support for dogs with leishmaniasis under treatment with xanthine oxidase inhibitors (e.g., allopurinol).
